At Barbara Gerwit, we are committed to delivering beautiful, high-quality garments with exceptional service and care.
Order Processing & Delivery
Most in-stock orders are processed and delivered within 5–9 business days.
Some specialty styles, limited-production pieces, or made-to-order garments may require additional production time before shipment. If your item requires extended processing, please allow additional time for production and delivery. We appreciate your patience as these pieces are crafted with extra care and attention to detail.
All orders are shipped via FedEx and include tracking information once dispatched.
Signature Requirement
To help ensure the safe delivery of your order, packages may require a signature upon delivery.
If a delivery is refused and returned to our warehouse, any original shipping charges and applicable return shipping fees are non-refundable.
PO Box Addresses
Please note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
To avoid delays or order cancellations, please provide a valid residential or business street address during checkout. Orders containing P.O. Box addresses may be delayed, held for additional details.
Domestic Shipping

FREE Shipping on orders of $99 or more within the United States.

Orders below $99 will incur applicable shipping charges at checkout.
International Shipping

FREE International Shipping on orders of $150 or more.

Orders below $150 ship at a flat rate of $20.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their local government.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled at any time before processing begins.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, our Return & Exchange Policy will apply.
Barbara Gerwit reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, inventory availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment authorization issues.
