Refund policy

We want you to love your Barbara Gerwit purchase. To ensure the best shopping experience, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, colors, and garment details before placing an order.

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, screen brightness, photography, and lighting.

Return Eligibility

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund.

Returns initiated after 15 days but within 30 days of delivery are eligible for:

  • Store credit for a future purchase.

Refunds are available only for eligible purchases shipped within the continental United States.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • Free from stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or damage

  • Returned with all original tags and labels attached

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or returned to the customer.

Restocking Fee

All approved refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale & Clearance Items

All items marked as Sale, Clearance, Final Sale, or purchased during promotional liquidation events are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Exclusions

The following purchases are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift items

  • Wholesale orders

  • International orders

  • Items purchased outside the continental United States

  • Sale or clearance merchandise

Store Purchases

Items purchased through retail stores, boutiques, or third-party retailers must be returned directly to the original place of purchase.

Barbara Gerwit cannot process returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased from another retailer.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing and up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact sales@barbaragerwit.com within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue so that our team can assist you promptly.
