Shipping & Returns Policy

We ship all orders with UPS Standard Ground.
To make sure our packages are being delivered straight to you, we require a signature on delivery.

Each of our beautiful garments is lovingly hand-crafted by a team located overseas, so production and shipping for some of our styles might take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. Trust us, it’s worth the wait.

How much does shipping cost?

FREE SHIPPING ON $49 AND ABOVE (US ONLY)

FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON $75 AND ABOVE (International Shipping)
Because items will have to pass through a few more hands to get to you, our international shipping flat rate is $17.

What if I don’t want to or can’t sign for my order?

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed, it will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a full refund for the merchandise cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 15 days to decide whether an item is right for you and receive a full refund, starting from the date of delivery. Any item returned after 15 days but before 30 days can be exchanged for another item or store credit.
We are only able to offer refunds to customers within the continental US.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
If you mail in your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Do you offer refunds on sale items?

All sale items are final sale & Cannot be returned or exchanged.

I bought a Barbara Gerwit item in stores. Can I return it online?

All items bought in stores must be returned to the store where they were purchased.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
